About the role

- Monitor service level of deliveries for the retail, wholesale and showroom channels (% on-time and average delay).
- Monitor the performance and allocation process of your suppliers: follow order releases and deliveries, WIP, monthly resupply, lead time, prioritization of the production chain and commercial terms.
- Address production deviations together with the team.
- Lead the management of your team and suppliers: performance indicators, problem analysis, mapping of main offenders and creation of action plans and identification of opportunities.
- Conduct on-site follow-up of your main suppliers.
- Participate in OKR activities.
Requirements
- Preferably 2 years in Production Planning & Control (PPC) or Purchasing (fashion retail).
- Bachelor’s degree completed.
- Intermediate/Advanced Excel.
- Preferable knowledge of factory routines (garment manufacturing), cutting, sewing and patternmaking.
