About the role

  • Executive Assistant supporting finance and operations at LBBW. Managing key daily operations and stakeholder interactions in a dynamic banking environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support in a dual executive office, acting as the central interface for internal departments and external stakeholders
  • Provide comprehensive support to the board member in all areas of day-to-day business
  • Plan, prepare and co-organize appointments, events and projects
  • Support projects related to the strategic development of the department
  • Full travel planning and organization, including travel expense reporting
  • Draft, edit and send internal and external correspondence

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training with additional professional qualifications
  • Several years of professional experience in an assistant role with in-depth knowledge
  • High level of trustworthiness, integrity and a discreet working style
  • Understanding of the interdependencies across the bank
  • Strong customer orientation, independent and reliable working style, and quick comprehension
  • High commitment, flexibility, team orientation and strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and Outlook
