  • IT Talent Sourcer responsible for sourcing and engaging top-tier IT talent across various channels. Collaborating with recruiters to develop sourcing strategies tailored to specific IT roles.

Responsibilities

  • Source, identify, and engage top-tier IT talent across various channels
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques including social media and professional networking sites
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand talent needs
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Conduct initial screening assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND five (5) years of IT talent sourcing experience OR High School Diploma/GED AND nine (9) years of IT talent sourcing experience
  • Five (5) years of combined IT sourcing experience across Corporate, Agency, or RPO in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Advanced English level proficiency – Native/ C1 (Advanced)
