Responsibilities
- Managing requests to upload and add metadata for digital media in Solventum systems of record for digital asset management (DAM-Adobe Assets)
- Supporting the creation and optimization of content
- Adding/editing/deleting digital assets, managing compliance, conducting gap analysis, and undertaking gap validation
- Ensuring quality
- Deliver analytical and reporting support, including executing standard reports and insight-driven dashboards to extract product data and media for internal business users
- Partnering with the Compliance resources to give input on and follow content standards, legal requirements, and best practices
- Consulting with business partners to help them submit high-quality requests for support
- Utilizing productivity tools provided, like AI and automation, to efficiently manage and perform duties
- Utilizing a work management system to accept, track and complete requests from business partners
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution or High School Diploma/GED (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution and a minimum of two (2) years product information or content management and data analysis experience
- Two (2) years Microsoft Excel experience
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- A fluent English level is required
- Experience working in data management systems
- Comfort incorporating new technologies and automation tools in everyday processes
