About the role
- Backoffice Analyst supporting client account maintenance and financial operations at Kamino, a financial management platform for medium-sized service companies in Brazil.
Responsibilities
- Support account and client registration and maintenance, ensuring compliance and up-to-date information.
- Execute routines for opening and closing client accounts and contracts.
- Perform adjustments and updates to financial limits and parameters, ensuring alignment with internal policies.
- Configure invoices on the Kamino platform.
- Monitor and track financial transactions, identify inconsistencies and report significant incidents.
- Support card distribution processes and management of related documentation.
- Carry out administrative tasks such as updating internal systems, records and control reports.
- Collaborate with customer service, collections and credit teams to ensure integrated information flow and case resolution.
- Support documentation and improvement of internal processes, proposing solutions to increase efficiency and standardization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting or related fields.
- Experience with service invoice configuration.
- Knowledge of bank-van processes (cash-in-transit/logistics for banking operations).
- Intermediate knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) — VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to handle sensitive information.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactivity and ability to learn in a fast-growing environment.
- Previous experience in back office, financial operations, or internship experience at fintechs or banks.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or enterprise management systems.
- Familiarity with operational control routines and data analysis.
- Knowledge of Service Invoices (Notas Fiscais de Serviço) and recent tax reform.
