About the role

  • Senior Total Rewards Analyst supporting the implementation of EU Pay Transparency across European markets and contributing to broader Total Rewards initiatives within a global organization.

Responsibilities

  • Support implementation of EU Pay Transparency readiness activities across European markets
  • Coordinate and support job levelling reviews in partnership with HR and business stakeholders
  • Review and validate job level outcomes to ensure consistency and alignment with established frameworks
  • Conduct audits of job levels across the current employee population and identify potential risks or inconsistencies
  • Monitor readiness progress and maintain supporting documentation for compliance purposes
  • Coordinate collection and validation of job documentation across markets
  • Maintain structured tracking of job descriptions, evaluations, and levelling outcomes
  • Formally monitor and document levelling decisions and results
  • Support development and reinforcement of levelling governance practices
  • Support and perform pay equity analyses, including identification of total pay gaps
  • Prepare datasets and contribute to compensation analytics and reporting
  • Assist in interpreting results and preparing internal reporting materials
  • Support communication materials related to pay transparency initiatives
  • Assist with processes related to Right to Pay information requests
  • Coordinate communication with P&C Partners and Talent Acquisition teams
  • Provide guidance to stakeholders on levelling processes and governance
  • Support compensation and levelling governance through reporting and tracking tools
  • Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and progress monitoring
  • Contribute to establishing sustainable COE processes and standards
  • Support broader Total Rewards activities across the Europe & Africa region, including: Compensation cycle preparation and data validation, Reporting and analytics requests, Governance and process improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to regional COE priorities and transformation initiatives as required
  • Provide analytical and coordination support for Africa levelling initiatives, aligned with global frameworks

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field
  • 5–7 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, HR consulting, or HR analytics
  • Strong exposure to European compensation practices
  • Experience with job evaluation methodologies and compensation frameworks preferred
  • Exposure to pay equity, regulatory HR projects, or transformation initiatives is a strong advantage
  • Experience working in multinational environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
  • Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
  • Ability to operate autonomously within project environments
  • High level of discretion handling sensitive compensation data
  • Fluent English required
  • Additional European language(s) are a plus
