Responsibilities
- Oversee the development of new products from concept to final delivery (end-to-end)
- Organize and lead ideation processes with partners and internal teams
- Ensure consistency between creative proposals, technical feasibility, and cost
- Own the release calendar and the ongoing evolution of the product portfolio
- Prioritize projects based on strategy, impact, and feasibility
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Act as the primary point of contact for domestic and international suppliers
- Ensure deadlines, quality, and technical specifications are met
- Evaluate and develop new strategic partners
- Monitor market trends (especially in the children's, educational, and creative sectors)
- Translate insights into product opportunities
- Monitor product performance (engagement, perception, recurrence)
- Structure reports and generate learnings for continuous improvement
- Support decisions with analysis, benchmarks, and demand projections
- Provide critical perspective to guide portfolio development
Requirements
- Prior experience in physical product development
- Generalist profile with the ability to move between creativity, operations, and strategy
- Experience in fast-paced environments (e.g., startups, e-commerce, branding, licensing, etc.)
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Creative repertoire and product sensibility (experience in the children's sector is a plus)
- Experience working with suppliers (international experience is a plus but not required)
- English (ideally advanced/proficient)
