Responsibilities

  • Supervise work groups with clearly defined roles within one functional discipline.
  • Handles non-routine and difficult inquiries from internal and external customers
  • Resolves issues and conflicts related to direct reports ensuring all Company policies and procedures are followed
  • Communicates effectively and professionally with internal and external business customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 3 years of Customer Service in a private, public, government environment
  • Associate’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
  • High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND Three (3) years of Healthcare Customer Service experience in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Developing and maintaining relationships and communications with stakeholders.
  • Leading initiatives to cultivate growth
