Responsibilities
Ensure the robustness, scalability, and efficiency of IT solutions by translating functional requirements into technical solutions.
Act as Level 3 IT Service Delivery Support in collaboration with our third-party provider.
Design and validate CRM systems integration into Solvay IT landscape.
Guide developers during technical and architecture documentation, and animate technical workshops.
Support Enterprise Architecture, solution architect and any external company, on technical studies linked to projects on CRM.
Requirements
Relevant education degree or equivalent in Computer Science with at least 4 years of related work experience in Salesforce implementation.
Solid expertise with Salesforce CRM and associated products solution design, development and integration (eg. SF Administration & Configuration, SF Lightning,..)
Apex Programming – Ability to write and optimize Apex code for automation.
Data Management & Integration – Handling data migration, ETL processes, and API integrations.
Experience with SAP Sales & Distribution, Sales & Marketing related data management & Integration: handling data migration, ETL processes, and API integrations.
Adaptability to evolving business needs and technology landscapes.
Collaborative mindset and adaptable communication skills to work effectively with IT teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
