About the role

  • Estrategista de Growth PLG driving product-led growth strategies and user engagement initiatives at Sólides. Collaborate across teams to improve user experience and conversion metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Support the definition and execution of journey strategies with the Product Design, Growth and Tech teams, contributing analyses and insights to improve conversion at all funnel stages (acquisition, activation and expansion)
  • Assist in monitoring projects and ongoing improvements, ensuring initiatives are aligned with performance targets and the user experience
  • Collaborate in Product Discovery processes, participating in customer interviews, journey analyses and market research with the Product Design team
  • Monitor and update performance dashboards and reports, ensuring accurate data for decision-making
  • Support analyses of conversion and engagement funnels, helping to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Design, Engineering and Customer Success teams to implement actions focused on improving the user journey and experience
  • Participate in building hypotheses and A/B tests, tracking results and learning from experiments

Requirements

  • Data-driven: Ability to interpret information, support analyses and generate insights for improvement actions
  • Strong communication: Clear information exchange and willingness to learn how to present results and data in a structured way
  • Collaboration: Enjoy working on a team and openness to learning from professionals in different areas
  • Customer focus: Genuine interest in understanding the user journey and contributing solutions that improve their experience
  • Growth mindset: Curiosity, willingness to test new ideas and continuous learning

  • Previous experience in SaaS companies, growth, product or digital marketing teams (a plus)
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Mixpanel, Hotjar or similar tools (a plus)
  • Understanding of Product-Led Growth strategies and conversion metrics (a plus)
  • Basic knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) (a plus)
