About the role
- Seeking Creative Ops to manage creative requests and improve workflows at Sólides, a leading HR Tech.
Responsibilities
- Intake Management: Centralize all creative requests. You will act as the “gatekeeper” ensuring no request is accepted without a clear brief, realistic deadline and required files.
- Triage and Assignment: Assess task complexity and assign work to the most suitable creatives (designers, copywriters, videomakers), balancing workload across the team.
- Liaison with Requesters: Serve as the primary point of communication. You will translate business needs into creative language and negotiate deadlines with stakeholders when necessary.
- Schedule Management: Track the status of all projects (from brief to final delivery), ensuring nothing falls off the radar and anticipating bottlenecks before they become emergencies.
- Process Improvement: Identify where the workflow is stalling and propose improvements to management tools or team rituals.
Requirements
- Relevant Experience: Previous experience in advertising agencies, production houses or marketing teams in traffic management, account service or project management.
- Tool Proficiency: Advanced experience with task management tools (ClickUp is a plus).
- 360º Perspective: Understand how long it takes to create a key visual, edit a video or lay out an e-book. You know that creative work isn’t assembly-line baking.
- Assertive Communication: Can say “no” or “not now” with diplomacy and empathy, yet with firmness.
- Extreme Organization: Enjoy checklists, defined processes and documentation.
- Nice to have: Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) applied to creative teams.
- Basic familiarity with the Adobe Suite (only to understand files and formats, not to create).
- Comfortable with data and metrics (to produce team productivity reports).
