About the role
- Senior Fördermittelmanager:in managing funding programs at SOFTGAMES. Responsible for identifying, applying, and managing European funding opportunities in Berlin.
Responsibilities
- In dieser Rolle verantwortest du eigenständig den gesamten Fördermittelprozess – von der Identifikation bis zur erfolgreichen Abwicklung:
- Proaktive Recherche & Evaluierung relevanter deutscher und europäischer Förderprogramme → inkl. Games-Förderungen, Innovations- und Technologieförderungen, Forschungszulage (FuZu), KI-Forschungsprogramme etc.
- Analyse & Investitionsplanung zur Bewertung von Förderpotenzialen und Zuschussquoten
- Konzeption, Formulierung & Antragstellung von Förderanträgen → inkl. Narrative, Projektbeschreibung, Budget, Zeitplan
- Projekt- und Budgetplanung geförderter Vorhaben
- Kommunikation mit Fördergebern & Behörden sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product, Tech, Finance & Management
- Förderadministration : Dokumentation, Eigenleistungsbewertung, Mittelabrufe, Nachweise, Reporting
- Weiterentwicklung unserer internen Förderprozesse → Aufbau eines skalierbaren Fördermanagement-Frameworks
Requirements
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Fördermittelmanagement (Games, IT, Forschung, Innovation o. ä.) → idealerweise nachweisbare Erfolge bei der Beantragung oder Abrechnung größerer Förderprojekte
- Betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis und/oder ein relevantes Studium
- Sicherer Umgang mit Förderrichtlinien, administrativen Vorgaben, Kosten- & Leistungsnachweisen
- Exzellente schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit in Deutsch (C2) speziell für die Erstellung überzeugender Förderanträge
- Begeisterung für Games, Technologie & Innovation
- Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte parallel zu managen
- Wohnort im Großraum Berlin (Homeoffice möglich)
