Responsibilities
Management of commercially relevant processes within ROM Contracting GmbH
Development and negotiation of contracting agreements
Leading negotiations with suppliers/energy procurement
Communication and negotiation with financing partners for project financing (leasing, forfaiting, alternative models)
Preparation, analysis and presentation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to the German Commercial Code (HGB) and IFRS
Revenue planning (HGB / IFRS)
Liquidity planning
Order controlling with ongoing schedule, cost and performance/result monitoring
Monthly and annual energy and base-price billing to customers
Requirements
Degree in business administration or completed commercial apprenticeship, or a higher qualification with several years' professional experience in a comparable role and market and industry knowledge of energy supply and energy-efficiency contracting or in the construction industry
Strong technical and process understanding related to our services
Conceptual, analytical, organizational and strategic skills
Very good knowledge of relevant standards and regulations as well as legal knowledge (VOB, VOL, BGB (German Civil Code), contract law for work and services, factoring, energy law, FFVAV, AVBFernwärmeV)
Confident user of MS Office applications
Experience with MS Dynamics NAV (Navision) desirable
