Responsibilities
Lead client relationships for high-value or strategic accounts.
Own the end-to-end relationship for strategic accounts, acting as a trusted advisor.
Develop account growth strategies and execute plans.
Lead quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions with clients.
Identify growth opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and solution expansion.
Resolve complex client issues with minimal supervision, leveraging internal resources.
Analyze market trends and provide insights to clients.
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver integrated solutions.
Mentor junior account managers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Requirements
Typically has Bach. +4 yrs; Masters +2 yrs
Requires proficiency using AI tools skillfully with an understanding of how to develop/create intelligent prompts and/or agents.
Proven track record of growing accounts and meeting KPIs.
Excellent leadership and client-facing skills.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Demonstrated success in managing complex client relationships and driving growth.
Strong business acumen and ability to align client needs with company offerings.
Experience in contract negotiation and renewal processes.
Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
