About the role

Responsibilities
- Responsible for complex regional projects in HKLS (heating, cooling/air conditioning, ventilation and sanitary/plumbing systems) – with a focus on industrial clients and the pharmaceutical sector
- Actively shaping the future of the service business
- Leading a committed 20-person team and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction
- Providing direct customer support and fostering long-term client relationships
- Acquiring new customers and preparing cost estimates and proposals (service, refurbishment, maintenance)
- Developing smart, energy-efficient solutions together with our project managers
- Technical and commercial management of refurbishment and service projects
- Organising and overseeing emergency and on-call services
- Budget responsibility, team leadership and personnel development as core tasks
Requirements
- Degree in engineering or qualification as a technician/master craftsman with relevant professional experience
- Industry knowledge in technical building equipment (TGA) and a solid professional network (e.g., VDMA, AMEV, VDI)
- Confident handling of standards, regulations, VOB and BGB
- Strong communication skills, negotiation ability and leadership competence
- Structured, solution-oriented working style and high willingness to perform
