- Support implementation of integrated cost and schedule capabilities to enable accurate forecasting, performance tracking, and reporting.

- Support / maintain rigorous change control processes to manage scope, cost, and schedule variations effectively.
- Support the integration of risk and opportunity reporting within standardised reporting structures.
- Drive performance metrics to monitor progress and drive accountability.
- Refine existing processes and suggest any best practices, ensuring scalability and sustainability.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure transparency and alignment on objectives.
Requirements
- Proven track record in cost and project controls leadership on major infrastructure or capital projects (multi-billion-pound scale).
- Expertise in cost modelling, forecasting, and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of schedule integration techniques and project planning tools.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement governance and approval frameworks.
- Experience in change control and risk management within complex programmes.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for large-scale projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
