About the role

- Handle routine customer interactions, answering questions and providing personalized, ongoing support focused on customer satisfaction and efficient issue resolution;
- Conduct scheduled follow-ups with inactive clients to re-engage them;
- Review the demand pipeline daily and prioritize urgent cases;
- Implement appreciation actions, such as personalized post-project emails;
