About the role

  • Strategic professional to lead complex projects in corporate environment. Ensuring efficiency and solid governance through performance indicators and project management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead critical, high-complexity projects from the corporate portfolio, ensuring value delivery within established timelines and quality standards.
  • Serve as a facilitator across multidisciplinary teams, managing expectations and influencing decision‑makers to ensure the success of initiatives.
  • Ensure sustainment of implemented processes by monitoring actual performance with KPIs and leading continuous improvement committees.
  • Conduct technical feasibility analyses and financial impact (ROI) assessments to ensure projects and process changes are economically sustainable.
  • Develop policies, standards and procedures that translate corporate strategy into clear organizational guidelines.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in process or project offices (BPMO/PMO).
  • Proficiency in improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile).
  • Data-driven, analytical mindset focused on performance indicators.
  • Assertive communication skills with the ability to operate effectively at both operational and executive levels.
