About the role

  • Recruiter hiring for Snappr's Enterprise Sales and Marketing teams in San Francisco. Driving talent acquisition for various roles in a hyper-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Help Snappr expand by growing our SF team
  • Set up and maintain a strong recruitment funnel for each position to meet growth targets
  • Write and post job ads on recruitment websites to source talent
  • Perform cold outreach to candidates via Linkedin to convince them to apply
  • Set up video calls with interested candidates to tell them about Snappr
  • Schedule and coordinate in-office visits from candidates to meet the team for later rounds
  • Sell Snappr's value proposition to candidates
  • Hustle - take ownership of Snappr's growth and do whatever it takes to get the job done

Requirements

  • Solid experience recruiting for sales and marketing roles at hyper-growth companies
  • Experience in recruiting director level roles is a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques
  • Highly analytical; able to use data to solve recruiting challenges
  • A "let's get it done" mindset
  • The ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well
