Responsibilities
Efficiently drive new user acquisition and Snapchatter engagement via off-platform and in-app channels
Build, optimize, and scale campaigns across a variety of partners and channels (display, video, social, app store, email, notifications, etc.)
Conduct ongoing performance analysis across tactics, platforms, partners, campaigns, and more
Present insights and recommendations to cross functional collaborators for decision-making
Ideate and execute A/B tests to continually improve campaign performance
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop and test new ad creatives
Assist with team operations, including items such as updating roadmaps and calendars to ensure programs are staying on track and budgets are invested for maximum efficiency
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
3+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or a quantitative role (e.g., data, finance, strategy, consulting) with a focus in technology or social media
3+ years of experience using Sheets, Excel, or other data visualization tools (e.g., BigQuery, Looker, Tableau)
