About the role

  • Coordinate Trade Marketing strategies to enhance execution at the point of sale. Manage inventories, promotional materials, and support the Sales Force in achieving plans.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the correct execution of Trade Marketing strategies at the point of sale.
  • Conduct gap analysis.
  • Efficient coordination of promotional materials.
  • Organized management of inventory and storage facilities.
  • Support the Sales Force in the timely fulfillment of defined plans.
  • Identify opportunities and gaps in POP materials and services to strengthen execution at the POS.
  • Coordinate the delivery and proper implementation of POP materials and Trade Marketing resources.
  • Conduct client visits to verify planograms, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Manage storage areas/stockrooms, ensuring organization, inventory control, and timely delivery of materials.
  • Source and manage local suppliers of materials, inputs, and services for the Sales Force.
  • Report on key activities, competitive findings, market prices, and new product launches as required.

Requirements

  • Technical degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in sales, merchandising, or trade marketing for retail companies.
  • Proficient in the use of computer equipment and systems.
  • Knowledge of POP materials, metric measurement systems, advanced Microsoft Excel, and other standard office applications.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for travel.
  • Spanish and English required.
