Responsibilities
Ensure the correct execution of Trade Marketing strategies at the point of sale.
Conduct gap analysis.
Efficient coordination of promotional materials.
Organized management of inventory and storage facilities.
Support the Sales Force in the timely fulfillment of defined plans.
Identify opportunities and gaps in POP materials and services to strengthen execution at the POS.
Coordinate the delivery and proper implementation of POP materials and Trade Marketing resources.
Conduct client visits to verify planograms, campaigns, and promotions.
Manage storage areas/stockrooms, ensuring organization, inventory control, and timely delivery of materials.
Source and manage local suppliers of materials, inputs, and services for the Sales Force.
Report on key activities, competitive findings, market prices, and new product launches as required.
Requirements
Technical degree in Marketing or a related field.
2 years of experience in sales, merchandising, or trade marketing for retail companies.
Proficient in the use of computer equipment and systems.
Knowledge of POP materials, metric measurement systems, advanced Microsoft Excel, and other standard office applications.
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for travel.
