Responsibilities
Create, plan and execute communication campaigns and actions focused on employee experience, organizational culture and brand strengthening;
Develop visual materials and content (static, animated and audiovisual) for internal channels such as Slack, email and LinkedIn;
Integrate internal and institutional communication strategies, aligning the culture narrative with the brand's market image;
Prepare and manage the annual calendar of initiatives, themed campaigns, corporate events and cultural rituals;
Ensure consistency of tone of voice and visual identity across all deliverables, ensuring they reflect our values and strategy;
Measure and analyze the results of actions, proposing improvements and new approaches;
Work in partnership with People & Management (HR) and other areas to amplify communication and strengthen the brand perception among employees and stakeholders.
Requirements
Degree in Social Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Design or related fields;
Previous experience in corporate, internal and institutional communication;
Proficiency with design and editing tools (Adobe Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign –, Canva and similar);
Ability to write copy and scripts for internal campaigns;
Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strategic vision and attention to deadlines;
Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with different audiences and departments across the company.
