About the role

  • Sales Manager managing commercial aspects and client relations in metal solutions industry. Ensuring contract success and compliance with project management standards.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper implementation of the project's commercial aspects, maintaining an overall commercial perspective, ensuring successful negotiations, and coordinating and harmonizing the contract's technical and commercial matters.
  • Act as the point of contact with the client, contractual partners and consortium members for all commercial and contractual issues.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of bidding and proposal documents, including scope, supply boundaries, schedules, payments, warranties, risks and limitations of liability.
  • Carry out commercial pricing in consultation with the relevant departments.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable project management standards and guidelines.
  • Actively monitor the “degree of completion” of all commercial and legal elements of the proposal/contract.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Experience in the industrial sector is a plus.
  • Technical course or certification is a plus.
