Responsibilities
Ensure proper implementation of the project's commercial aspects, maintaining an overall commercial perspective, ensuring successful negotiations, and coordinating and harmonizing the contract's technical and commercial matters.
Act as the point of contact with the client, contractual partners and consortium members for all commercial and contractual issues.
Maintain detailed knowledge of bidding and proposal documents, including scope, supply boundaries, schedules, payments, warranties, risks and limitations of liability.
Carry out commercial pricing in consultation with the relevant departments.
Ensure compliance with applicable project management standards and guidelines.
Actively monitor the “degree of completion” of all commercial and legal elements of the proposal/contract.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Advanced level of English.
Experience in the industrial sector is a plus.
Technical course or certification is a plus.
