About the role

  • Sales role focused on product design and distribution for Apres-Allstars. Responsible for managing existing contacts and supporting team management in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

  • Organization, coordination and overall responsibility: Sales
  • That means no cold calling, but handling and nurturing of existing contacts and leads
  • Introduction and rollout of the POS area (Point of Sale), possibly including retail
  • Support with team management
  • With attention to some controlling tasks (KPI monitoring, strategic financial planning)

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of professional experience
  • Proven track record (e.g., successfully and responsibly founded, led or sold a company)
  • Intrinsic motivation, commitment and loyalty
  • Entrepreneurial awareness and mindset, both technically and mentally
  • "Digital working" — enthusiasm for working with online tools and platforms
  • Independence, a positive attitude and optimistic thinking
