Responsibilities

Training, counseling, motivating and skill development of the team members.
Managing the distribution channels of assigned area.

Liaise with the institutional stockiest/liaison agents and hospital stores & purchase personnel.
Organizing, participating & ensuring effective promotion of assigned company products during medical seminars and conferences.
Interaction with Head Office Marketing to procure technical and marketing information.
Overall sales experience of at least 8-10 years in the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry, of which 2 years in regional level supervisory position.
Proficient knowledge and Experience in medical device industry.
Ability to grasp clinical terminology and competence to communicate product features & benefits in a clinical environment with healthcare professionals.
