About the role

  • Regional Account Executive working with advisors and business owners to enhance financial wellness and retirement solutions. Utilizing consultative sales processes to guide customer needs and build relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with advisors, third party administrators, and business owners
  • Serve as the primary point of engagement for advisors and small business decision makers
  • Provide thought leadership and improve client dedication with Financial Advisors
  • Influence success via warm leads and customer needs identification
  • Guide retirement benefits strategies using provided tools and solutions
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of business in a specific territory

Requirements

  • Established experience and success in consulting, sales or the financial service industry
  • Series 7 & 63 (with study time to obtain within 2 months of hire)
  • Excellent sales skills: rapport building, active listening, qualification questioning, objection stabilizing, strong presentation delivery, strategic prospecting, territory management
  • Knowledge of the Financial Services, Employee Benefits, or Human Resources Industry
  • Strong project and time management skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast paced and team-oriented environment
