Responsibilities

  • Following defined and reportable process for executive referrals
  • Fostering relationships with managers/BU’s/HR
  • Maintaining high-touch relationships with candidate interactions
  • Managing the full lifecycle experience across a variety of open roles
  • Implementing keep warm/communication strategies and trackable data driven reporting
  • Maintaining positive relationships and relevant updates across multiple dimensions
  • Delivering a professional and efficient referral candidate experience

Requirements

  • Experience with early career or experienced recruiting
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Effective verbal and written communicator
  • Project management skills and presentation skills preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to concisely deliver reporting data
