About the role

  • Lead Fidelity’s Stock Plan Services Relationship Management teams to ensure satisfaction and retention of clients. Develop business strategies while managing executive contacts with senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Fidelity’s Stock Plan Services (SPS) Relationship Management teams
  • Ensure the satisfaction and retention of 150+ SPS client relationships
  • Develop and drive the overall business strategy for their team
  • Coach and mentor associates to provide career development and evaluate performance

Requirements

  • 5 +years Institutional (business to business) sales or relationship management experience with a shown track record of successful leadership in various roles
  • Series 7, 24 & 63 licenses are required
