About the role

  • Technical Product Manager at Fidelity leading the development of cutting-edge tech products with blockchain and AI. Collaborating with diverse teams to innovate and deliver solutions.

Responsibilities

  • lead product development within the Fidelity Center for Applied Technology (FCAT)
  • leverage cutting-edge technologies, including Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, Emerging Technology, and human-centered design
  • rapidly move blue-sky ideas to proofs of concepts (POCs), pilots, and minimum viable products (MVPs), and finally to scaled products in production
  • lead the development of product roadmaps and technical requirements for cutting edge technical products and features
  • collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders to design and build innovative products
  • develop and maintain a deep understanding of emerging technologies, including, Digital Wallets, AI, blockchain, and DeFi, and their potential applications in the financial services industry
  • develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 5+ years of technical product management experience, ideally building blockchain, self-custody, or digital asset
  • Demonstrated experience with Digital Wallet and blockchain protocols—ideally with hands-on exposure to wallet design, key-recovery flows, or digital asset platforms
  • Familiarity with regulatory, security, and risk considerations for digital asset products, including non-custodial architectures
  • Proven success working in agile environments with rapid prototyping, iterative experimentation, and user-driven validation
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, including security best practices, testing strategies for high-risk systems, and deployment of early-stage products
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and storytelling skills, enabling alignment across engineering, design, security, legal, and leadership
