About the role
- Senior Product Manager leading regulatory-driven initiatives for global expansion at a fintech brokerage. Managing complex regulatory programs across multiple products and jurisdictions.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage large-scale regulatory initiatives including new licenses, cross-entity expansions, compliance mandates, reporting frameworks, and controlled function requirements.
- Translate legal and compliance requirements into structured Product Impact Assessments across Trading, Payments, Affiliates, CRM, Onboarding, and Client Platforms.
- Drive initiatives through the full Product Delivery Lifecycle—from discovery and evaluation to design, development, testing, and release—coordinating implementation across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions.
- Ensure regulatory consistency and operational alignment by collaborating closely with Legal, Compliance, Risk, BI, Product Managers, and Business Analysts.
- Maintain structured backlog governance in Jira, detailed documentation in Confluence, and transparent reporting on dependencies, risks, and scope.
- Anticipate future regulatory constraints and design scalable, forward-compatible product solutions.
- Partner with BI to ensure dashboards and reporting structures are ready prior to regulatory feature releases.
- Define and monitor KPIs related to regulatory initiatives, including onboarding performance, trading activation impact, payment flow adjustments, and operational efficiency.
- Act as the central Product point of contact for regulatory programs, providing structured updates to senior management and mentoring Product Managers and Business Analysts on regulatory execution standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in fintech, brokerage, or financial services environments.
- Proven experience managing regulatory or compliance-driven product initiatives across multiple entities or jurisdictions.
- Strong understanding of multi-entity operational structures and regulatory frameworks.
- Solid knowledge of KYC/AML processes, controlled functions, affiliate commission models, payment structures, and trading account setup.
- Experience working with structured project governance using Jira and Confluence.
- Strong analytical, commercial, and risk-based decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
- Professional certifications (PMP, Prince2, Scrum Product Owner) will be considered an advantage.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and operate confidently in a fast-paced regulatory environment.
