About the role

  • Senior Product Manager guiding financial performance of product lines for Educational Insights. Analyze data and collaborate with teams to drive product decisions and strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Own the financial performance of assigned product lines, including margin targets, pricing strategy, cost structures, and lifecycle profitability
  • Analyze sales trends, velocity, margins, and consumer insights to identify opportunities, risks, and portfolio gaps
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that influence product roadmap and business decisions
  • Partner with the Sr. Director of Product Development & Creative to align product strategy with both creative vision and financial goals
  • Support Marketing and Sales teams with insights related to pricing tiers, positioning, promotions, and channel strategy
  • Evaluate cost drivers, RFQs, and margin trade-offs
  • Lead product performance reviews, portfolio optimization efforts, and post-launch analysis to improve future outcomes
  • Develop reporting tools and dashboards that improve visibility into product performance and decision-making across teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; business, marketing, finance, or related field preferred
  • 6–10+ years of experience in product management, consumer products, finance, or a highly analytical business role
  • Demonstrated experience working with product P&Ls, margins, pricing strategy, or cost modeling
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel proficiency
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product Development, Sales, Marketing, & Operations teams
  • Understanding of consumer products or retail-driven business environments preferred
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and business recommendations
  • Highly organized, intellectually curious, and comfortable making data-driven trade-offs.
