About the role
- Product Owner for multiple products in Risk & Fraud Prevention at INFORM. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop solutions and minimize risks in Payment & Cards Solutions.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of multiple products in the cards business — from vision through to release.
- Proactive analysis of customer and user feedback and identification of new product and design opportunities (including modern discovery methods).
- Define, prioritize and continuously maintain a clearly structured product backlog aligned with the roadmap.
- Create and refine epics and user stories, including acceptance criteria.
- Plan and support releases in close coordination with product managers, service owners and development teams.
- Make well-founded decisions based on data and research.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or in a comparable role.
- Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies and collaboration within cross-functional teams.
- Experience in structured prioritization and management of a product backlog.
- German language skills at least at B2 level and English at C1 level.
- Nice-to-haves: Experience in risk & fraud prevention or in the cards/payment domain.
- Strong knowledge of modern product management methods.
- Experience with SaaS products.
