About the role

  • Develop positive relationships with institutional clients
  • Build internal working relationships with Fidelity personnel
  • Primary contact for the client in a team structure
  • Lead, educate, and resolve client issues
  • Verify client agreement and develop solutions
  • Facilitate discussions regarding legal, regulatory and design issues
  • Assist Plan Sponsors with plan corrections and operational defects.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Relationship Management or Client Service experience; preferably within the Retirement/401K industry
  • Series 7 and 63 within the first 3 months
  • Retirement plan record keeping and administration experience.
  • Your relationship management experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and time leadership skills and attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Effective presentation skills, influence and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working with Financial Advisors.
