About the role

  • HR Vendor Manager in charge of vendor performance and risk management for Human Resources. Collaborating with HR Business partners while ensuring vendor compliance with contracts and governance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a portfolio of moderate to high complexity vendors across Human Resources.
  • Collaborate with HR Business partners to support their goals and initiatives.
  • Support development of tools and processes to effectively collect, analyze and report vendor metrics.
  • Drive improvement and accountability with the vendors.
  • Participate in Procurement related activities, including market scans, RFPs, RFXs, contract and vendor negotiations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent (and relevant) experience.
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in Vendor Management, Procurement, or Risk related roles.
