Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline
  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM
  • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in data visualization, performance metrics, and forecasting
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, influence senior stakeholders, and manage competing priorities
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to operational excellence, accuracy, and continuous improvement
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying issues and driving improvements
