Responsibilities
Research and implement new processes for the Commercial department by assessing needs and conducting market research, with the goal of delivering improvements, innovation, and integration with complementary platforms;
Calculate team commissions, develop and monitor results, guide activities focused on continuous improvement, and provide support to team members;
Create and track Commercial area indicators, conversion rates, and sales closures;
Manage and monitor the performance of existing and new partners, as well as oversee bidding/tender processes;
Develop new business, manage sales operations, lead prospecting and market expansion efforts, and apply expertise in complex negotiations and large account management;
Organize sales events and campaigns, prepare sales forecasts, and contribute to the development of commercial policies and processes;
Perform commercial administrative routines, including data management and organization, report generation, market analysis, pricing, and support for the strategic positioning of offers.
Requirements
Intermediate English proficiency;
