About the role

  • Lead the Commercial team to develop processes and expand new business while managing partners and large accounts. Responsible for sales strategy, forecasting, KPI tracking, and integration with complementary platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Research and implement new processes for the Commercial department by assessing needs and conducting market research, with the goal of delivering improvements, innovation, and integration with complementary platforms;
  • Calculate team commissions, develop and monitor results, guide activities focused on continuous improvement, and provide support to team members;
  • Create and track Commercial area indicators, conversion rates, and sales closures;
  • Manage and monitor the performance of existing and new partners, as well as oversee bidding/tender processes;
  • Develop new business, manage sales operations, lead prospecting and market expansion efforts, and apply expertise in complex negotiations and large account management;
  • Organize sales events and campaigns, prepare sales forecasts, and contribute to the development of commercial policies and processes;
  • Perform commercial administrative routines, including data management and organization, report generation, market analysis, pricing, and support for the strategic positioning of offers.

Requirements

  • Intermediate English proficiency;
  • Project management knowledge; experience in selling projects;
  • People management skills;
  • Knowledge of systems integration;
  • Familiarity with the software market;
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of networks and telecommunications;
  • Experience using CRM systems;
