Responsibilities

  • Conduct market studies;
  • Prospect clients to promote services;
  • Negotiate and prepare commercial proposals;
  • Identify customer trends and needs;
  • Ensure customer satisfaction in the after-sales phase by maintaining contact to assess their needs;
  • Plan operational strategies and develop projects aimed at proposing improvements to sales processes and presenting solutions to company management.

Requirements

  • Experience in commercial sales of less-than-truckload (LTL)/partial-load freight transportation.
