About the role

  • Technical Support Representative at Skydio providing expertise on drone products. Collaborating with customers and internal teams to solve technical issues and enhance user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide deep diagnostics and advisory services on drone and cloud features
  • Troubleshoot device firmware and cloud network issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to become an expert on Skydio’s products
  • Work closely with enterprise customers to respond to technical support questions in a timely manner
  • Troubleshoot networking issues and recommend mitigation strategies to customers

Requirements

  • Proficient in technical troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • At least 4 years of experience in B2B operational, technical, or customer-facing success or support roles
  • Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash, PHP, or Python
  • Strong understanding of Network Security and IPsec
  • Excellent knowledge in supporting/troubleshooting IoT or enterprise applications
  • Experience working cross-functionally across engineering, ops, product, and go-to-market teams.
  • Bilingual and fluent in English and Japanese.
