About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support to clients via calls and correspondence
  • Troubleshoot issues and deliver step-by-step solutions
  • Escalate complex problems and refer clients to specialized services when needed
  • Maintain accurate records, process documents, and update databases
  • Prepare progress reports and coordinate with managers
  • Collaborate with team members and external partners to ensure deliverables are met
  • Participate in solution design, configuration, testing, and documentation
  • Contribute to operational monitoring and process improvements
  • Communicate professionally with stakeholders at all times
  • Enjoy flexible work hours to support 24/7 client coverage

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent time management and communication abilities
  • Client-focused mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Certifications such as CFA, CIPM, ITIL, or FRM are a plus!
