About the role

  • Senior Support Engineer dealing with complex technical inquiries while supporting the 2nd Level Support at Delegate Technology. Collaborating closely with the Core Products Team and analyzing system behavior.

Responsibilities

  • Central point of contact for complex technical issues
  • Support 2nd Level Support by analyzing and resolving problems
  • Conduct in-depth investigations of system behavior and relevant configurations
  • Work closely with the Core Products Team
  • Evaluate issues and requests from day-to-day operational activities

Requirements

  • Several years of experience with agile working methods (Scrum or Kanban)
  • Basic knowledge of SQL/Oracle and database queries
  • Experience with .NET-based applications and web services
  • Understanding of software architectures
  • API knowledge, particularly JSON and XML data formats
  • Structured, solution-oriented working style and strong personal responsibility
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Highly motivated, resilient, team player with flexibility
