Responsibilities
As a PM at Skello, you will own a high-impact functional area and contribute daily to building a useful, simple, and high-performing product.
You will be at the center of collaboration with design and tech teams to surface the best solutions.
You will conduct user interviews, analyze data, and run exploratory research to deeply understand needs and pain points in the field.
You will work hand in hand with designers and developers to define simple, impactful solutions, always keeping the user at the center.
You will lead the delivery phase with clarity: sprint management, running rituals, tracking development, QA, and documentation.
You will monitor usage and impact KPIs, propose concrete adjustments and iterations to continuously improve the product.
You will collaborate closely with Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, and Ops teams to ensure your features have the desired impact in production.
You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our tools, processes, and product culture.
Requirements
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
3 to 5 years of experience in Product Management within a tech or SaaS environment.
Strong product culture: discovery, delivery, UX, business impact.
Comfortable with data: KPIs, analysis, hypothesis validation.
A genuine ability to rally others, make decisions, and drive projects forward.
Serious but not self-important: high standards, autonomy, team spirit.
Nice to have: understanding of field operations and usage constraints (scheduling, HR, operations) in sectors like retail, hospitality, or services.
