Deliver Microsoft Teams Phone solutions and lead migrations from PBX systems.
Integrate telephony components (SIP trunks, VoIP, SBCs), ensure stable operations and quality monitoring with CQD and Call Analytics.
Responsibilities
You implement Microsoft Teams Phone solutions and ensure smooth telephony for our clients.
You design smart voice architectures for efficient communication.
You manage migrations to Teams Phone and ensure secure, uninterrupted operation.
You implement the integration of SIP trunks, VoIP components and existing PBX systems into Microsoft Teams, including configuration of SBCs (Session Border Controllers).
You coordinate number porting, operate the solution stably and ensure quality with CQD and Call Analytics.
Requirements
You have experience with Teams Phone and with migrations from PBX environments.
You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and communicate confidently with clients.
You are curious, enjoy testing new technologies and are not afraid of innovative solutions.
Ideally, you also have experience in Microsoft Collaboration (SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform or Co‑Pilot).
You communicate confidently in German and English.
