About the role

  • Intern in quality management at a family-run food industry company producing baked goods. Engage in food technology and quality assurance tasks with strong team collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the quality management system according to IFS 7, EU Organic Regulation (Bio VO 848/2018) and SMETA
  • Perform routine quality assurance checks in production
  • Microbiological sampling in production, evaluation and interpretation of results, and practical tasks in quality assurance and quality management
  • Maintain various data including nutritional values, recipes and specifications
  • Analyze and follow up on internal audits and site inspections
  • Coordinate and follow up on laboratory analyses
  • Create and monitor corrective and improvement actions

Requirements

  • Enrolled student (m/f/d) in Food Technology, Nutritional Science (Ökotrophology) or a comparable program
  • Team player with flexibility
  • Strong sense of order and cleanliness
