About the role

  • QA Specialist conducting client evaluations and developing service plans in the home care sector. Responsible for supervising staff and ensuring compliance with regulations, with duties involving field visits and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site client evaluations and develop service plans in conjunction with the authorization
  • Perform other field visits as assigned
  • Complete visits as scheduled and report daily to scheduler
  • Recruit, hire, train, and supervise attendants
  • Complete appropriate forms and attach them to the daily visit report
  • Maintain supervisor files
  • Participate in staff meetings and in-services
  • Maintain confidentiality of clients' attendance and staff information

Requirements

  • Two years full time study at an accredited college or university
  • Individuals hired with a high school diploma or equivalent may substitute one year of full-time employment in a supervisory capacity in a healthcare facility agency or community-based agency for each required year of college
  • PHC, MC experience preferred
  • Requires full COVID-19 vaccination
