Responsibilities
Responsible for directing, based on knowledge of each Distributor/Region and their processes, the sales initiatives, processes, policies and tools necessary to help the team sell more, with a focus on sell-out.
Creation of sell-out incentive programs and channel performance recognition initiatives.
Responsible for developing and executing a Channels plan through a regional/distributor promotional calendar.
Responsible for analyzing the performance of each Distributor and proposing targeted initiatives to adjust course.
Responsible for developing a training program for the Distributors' team, ensuring knowledge transfer and value generation.
Responsible for designing the rules and support processes for sales materials for each operation.
Responsible for executing and serving as the point of contact for on-demand courses related to campaigns and for distributors who are outside the onboarding process.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree completed in Foreign Trade, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields;
Advanced English;
Advanced Spanish is a plus;
Previous experience in export operations.
