About the role

  • Trade Marketing Specialist at S.I.N. responsible for sales initiatives and distributor training plans. Managing campaigns and performance programs to enhance sales across regions.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for directing, based on knowledge of each Distributor/Region and their processes, the sales initiatives, processes, policies and tools necessary to help the team sell more, with a focus on sell-out.
  • Creation of sell-out incentive programs and channel performance recognition initiatives.
  • Responsible for developing and executing a Channels plan through a regional/distributor promotional calendar.
  • Responsible for analyzing the performance of each Distributor and proposing targeted initiatives to adjust course.
  • Responsible for developing a training program for the Distributors' team, ensuring knowledge transfer and value generation.
  • Responsible for designing the rules and support processes for sales materials for each operation.
  • Responsible for executing and serving as the point of contact for on-demand courses related to campaigns and for distributors who are outside the onboarding process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed in Foreign Trade, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields;
  • Advanced English;
  • Advanced Spanish is a plus;
  • Previous experience in export operations.
