About the role

  • Technical Analyst supporting Organon's IT systems for Quality Management and Lab processes. Collaborating with teams and assisting in technology stack analysis and execution of IT strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Support the QMS and Q&L Value Team in providing operational assistance and customer service for Organon Quality business partners.
  • Assist in analyzing the QML technology stack to drive productivity benefits aligned with Value Team program processes.
  • Collaborate with functional stakeholders to support the implementation of the QML IT strategy.
  • Work alongside Quality business colleagues to help define and execute business strategies.
  • Provide technical support for the current IT systems within the QML domain.
  • Coordinate with software vendors for QML systems under supervision.
  • Help develop and maintain the strategic roadmap for QML platforms and systems.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to leverage IT services within the Quality domain.
  • Assist in managing resources for Life Cycle and Value-driven projects.
  • Ensure compliance with Organon’s SDLC standards and contribute to developing team competencies.
  • Address business priorities from Quality business partners and assist in ongoing development of the QML roadmap and portfolio.
  • Participate in building a cross-functional team to support Organon Quality business.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and look for opportunities to leverage best practices within Quality systems.
  • Focus on personal and team development, seeking opportunities for learning and growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Science, Business, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
  • At least two years' experience in IT or technical support roles, with exposure to Quality Management and Lab Systems preferred.
  • Basic understanding of Quality Management processes, including Customer Complaints, Deviations, Change Management, and Document Control.
  • Ability to assist in developing IT solutions across business domains.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks, including Data Integrity and SDLC validation.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Basic proficiency in project management and resource coordination.
  • Willingness to learn and develop influencing and negotiation skills.
