Responsibilities
Set up, image, and deploy laptops and workstations for in-office and remote employees
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues to keep teams productive

Requirements
1+ years of IT support experience or equivalent (Degree, A+, or hands-on experience)
Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking
Experience with Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365
Knowledge of networking basics (VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls)
Familiarity with POS systems and retail tech environments
