Responsibilities
Atender e registrar chamados técnicos de baixa e média complexidade;
Prestar suporte inicial aos clientes, esclarecendo dúvidas técnicas e operacionais;
Realizar instalação e configuração remota de softwares forenses;
Apoiar na resolução de incidentes técnicos simples;
Documentar atendimentos e manter a base de conhecimento atualizada;
Apoiar na configuração inicial de ferramentas utilizadas pelos clientes;
Escalar problemas críticos para níveis superiores ou fabricantes, quando necessário.
Requirements
Graduação em andamento ou concluída em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia da Computação, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas;
Inglês técnico intermediário (leitura, escrita e, preferencialmente, conversação).
Conhecimento intermediário em pelo menos 3 ferramentas como: Cellebrite, AXIOM, NUIX, OpenText ou similares;
Noções de diagnóstico de problemas em sistemas operacionais, redes, aplicações e análise de logs;
Conhecimento básico a intermediário em hardware;
Noções de virtualização e ambientes forenses;
Manipulação básica de imagens digitais.
Interesse ou conhecimento em forense digital;
Experiência prévia com suporte técnico;
Facilidade de comunicação e atendimento ao cliente;
