Responsibilities
Define and own the global App, CRM and customer communication strategy, aligned with eCommerce, brand and customer experience ambitions.
Shape the long-term app and CRM roadmap, identifying growth opportunities across lifecycle, engagement, retention and commerce.
Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to align on campaign objectives, schedules, and deliverables, ensuring cohesive execution and alignment with broader marketing initiatives.
Lead the development of personalized, data-driven customer journeys across app, email and web, leveraging behavioural and transactional insights.
Drive continuous improvement of customer relevance, engagement and loyalty.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in App communication, CRM, lifecycle marketing, digital customer engagement or growth marketing, ideally for global consumer brands.
Strong experience defining strategy, roadmaps and frameworks rather than only campaign execution.
Proven understanding of app marketing, CRM ecosystems and omnichannel customer journeys.
Ability to translate data and insights into clear strategic direction and business impact.
Experience working with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g. Braze, Adobe Journey Optimizer or similar).
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across functions and markets.
Strategic, customer-centric mindset with a pragmatic and collaborative leadership style.
Comfortable balancing long-term vision with short-term priorities in a fast-moving environment.
