About the role

  • UI/UX Designer improving digital solutions at Sigga. Responsible for creating user-centric designs and conducting UX research for web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

  • Create wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity layouts for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with UI designers and developers to ensure consistent, scalable, and intuitive interfaces.
  • Participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.
  • Support the conduct of user research (interviews, usability testing, heuristic analysis, etc.).
  • Analyze research results and translate findings into opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in creating personas, journey maps, and experience maps.
  • Engage with clients and users to gather needs, pain points, and opportunities.
  • Act as an advocate for the user experience within the team, ensuring product decisions consider the customer perspective.
  • Participate in workshops, discovery sessions, and alignments with stakeholders.
  • Present design concepts, flows, and research findings to internal teams.
  • Create clear documentation to support product and development decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align UX strategies with business goals.
  • Contribute ideas, processes, and UX/UI best practices to the product team.
  • Stay up to date on trends, tools, and design methods.
  • Support continuous improvements in the experience of our products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, UX Design, Digital Design, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in UX and UI for digital products.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, FigJam).
  • Experience using AI as a supporting tool in the design process.
  • Good understanding of research methods and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SurveyMonkey, Pendo, Appcues, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in Portuguese and English.
  • Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving focus, and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Agile and Lean methodologies is a plus.
